Absolutely no regard for appointment times, with even less acknowledgement or accountability for scheduling mishaps—why accept an appointment request hours in advance if upon arrival you expect the customer to wait more than 30 minutes for the next technician? The attention to customer service is stunningly absent, even for a longtime regular client. With many local options to choose from, there is no reason to patronize this establishment.

nice place! clean and they remember you here. very pricey and unfortunately my nails never lasted long enough which was frustrating. I always got gel so it was weird! My toes always got done nicely and lasted for a while!

OMG this place made me so mad. I went for my first pedicure and they were, first of all, so rude, the tools they were using had some gunk on it that they tried to pass off as some normal nail gunk but that aint from my nails, and guess what?? I got an infection on my big toe so obviously there’s something sus happening.

Don’t bother making an appointment, they don’t care unless you’re a regular customer. If you happen to go when it’s not busy it’s good but in a crowd you’ll be lost. They put you in a pedicure chair for 10 min before anyone gets to you….even with an appointment.
