I see the owner of the salon, Tina, and she is amazing. Service is always great, everyone in the salon greets me as I walk in by my name, and my nails are always flawless. I’ve never had to go back to fix them after I’ve left the salon, never had one single issue. I show Tina a picture of what I want and she matches the picture with the exact color or design in the photo. I Will never go to another salon!

Do not go to this nail salon I was there yesterday at 1:30 I had an appointment and Miley took care of me super friendly place super friendly people after I left two hours later my nails were forming bubbles so I called and I made another appointment for the next day For them to fix my nails and they did and Tina not the owner took care of me and charged me $25 to do a polish change and correct the bubbles I have never heard any salon take $25 to do a polish change and second as soon as I left my nails were ruined again so it’s either their UV lights are not good or their product that they’re using is not good why my nails went back to the same thing my thumb formed bubbles again and they use the excuse that I might have just hit my fingers on their station and that’s how they formed the bubbles that’s not why and I was desperate I came to the salon because I had an event to go to and my nails looked horrible so if you want your nails to not form bubbles don’t go to this place I am very picky about my nails I ended up spending $70 in two days I’ve never heard a salon charge $25 to do a polish change so I’m very upset right now and I should get my money back Dr and I shouldn’t have been charged today for a mistake they made yesterday with all my nails or bubbles

i’ve been here a few times n usually i get the owner, but this time i had a different woman do my nails..it was the worst set of acrylics i’ve ever gotten. they bend so down i can barely do anything with them. she was being pushy and i didn’t really even get to choose my color… i have to go to a different salon to get these fixed! i won’t be returning here after this.

If I could give Tina’s more than 5 stars I would. The salon is beautiful, clean…and right now it is decorated to feel very cozy for the holidays. Even when it is busy, I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed…and my nails are beautiful. Every staff member I’ve worked with has been friendly, efficient, and skilled. Tina always checks in with me and thanks me for coming in…which I notice and appreciate as a customer. I could not be any happier with Tina and her staff. They are fantastic!

lowkey came in wanting to cry but my nails looked so good that i didn’t 🙂 love this place- my nails look so so so good and it was much cheaper then my usual who dont even compare to the job that was done by miss tina. Love this place highly recommend!

i do NOT reccomend to anyone. they accept way too many people and keep you waiting for up to an hour with an appointment. she did my nails completely crooked and when i asked her very nicely to fix it tina went off on me and caused a huge scene. i was so uncomfortable the rest of the time as she lectured me for screwing up my nails. tina needs to really work on communicating better and not going off on her customers who are paying her.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I had the worst experience ever here! I was looking for a nice place in the near around suburbs near my house and thought this would be a good place as it is in Arlington Heights. Boy was I wrong.. after being there 5 min I saw an employee there (whom I believe was Tina) speak very rudely to someone who walked in asking a simple question. There was so much tension in the whole place. Then I couldn’t believe the lady who was doing my nails. I WAS TELLING HER WHAT STEPS TO DO NEXT as she seemed to not have a clue of what she was doing. I was so disappointed with this whole experience that I felt like running out! Also in the parking lot and on their website it says 15% off for new clients and I was not given that discount. Please TAKE THIS AS FRIENDLY ADVICE.. I wouldn’t want other walk ins like me to waste their money. I WILL HAPPILY GO BACK TO MY USUAL PLACE as they were great but just 20-30 min drive away but after this experience I will happily take that drive.

I called for a last minute appointment and they were able to take me and were very accommodating. The nail technician did a beautiful job at shaping my nails how I wanted and everyone was very kind! I will definitely be back soon!
