I’m giving it 3 stars due to the fact that the owner and some workers are nice but on the other hand the first time I went I asked for my hair to be one color and instead of taking the proper time to bleach it the girl just dyed it the color Purple mind you my ear lasted longer purple than my hair. I decided to give them one last try I went in with a photo of what they had done to a previous customer me thinking since this was already done there’s no way they can mess it up…. I was wrong I didn’t get the color blonde I wanted I got a yellow blonde which looks horrible. I’m was very disappointed I spent so many hours sitting there to not get the same result the previous customer got. It’s unfortunate but I no longer trust hair studios they don’t listen to the customer anymore nor take the time to look at what the customer wants.
