Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI walked in and was serviced immediately. The attendants were wearing masks which made me comfortable. They were inviting, friendly, and very professional. The atmosphere in the shop was cozy and welcoming with soothing music playing in background. My manicurist took gentle care while fixing my broken nailbed. He also applied 2 extra coats of dipping powder to make sure my nailbeds are strong, and sturdy enough to heal properly. His act assured me in his attention to detail and nail health. It also showed his interest in customer satisfaction. I have now found my forever nail shop. Thank you for the much-needed stability to my soft nails and for the special kindness shown to me today. See you again soon for my next appointment!! I walked in and was serviced immediately. The attendants were wearing masks which made me comfortable. They were inviting, friendly, and very professional. The atmosphere in the shop was cozy and welcoming with soothing music playing in background. My manicurist took gentle care while fixing my broken nailbed. Critical: QualityUsed to to come regularly but the service has fallen off. I went in Friday April 2nd and got a gel manicure and by Monday the 5th my polish was already turning a darker color and was peeling. There’s no reason for gel polish to only last three days. Also, asked for a polish change on my toes and was given gel as well. I did not ask for gel but I was ok with it because I knew it would last longer on my toes. However I could see how that could be a turn off for other people. Lastly when paying for my service I was asked how I was going to pay and the only two options given were cash or cashapp. I didn’t have cash but I also didn’t like cashapp being my only other option. Used to to come regularly but the service has fallen off. I went in Friday April 2nd and got a gel manicure and by Monday the 5th my polish was already turning a darker color and was peeling. There’s no reason for gel polish to only last three days. Also, asked for a polish change on my toes and was given gel as well.
