I do not recommend this nail salon. The nail technician was very rude. I did not like how the designs turned out, I went back into the salon within a few minutes. And I politely explained to her that I really didn’t like the design. It was sloppy and rushed work. She got very aggressive and rude, she called me “one of the bad customers” and she said this was a waste of her time. She also kept aggressively asking me “ why do you not like it?” numerous times, and said she would charge extra to redo it into a different design. When she went to fix my nails I told her I just wanted those designs off and I’ll just keep the color I have underneath it. She then goes to only take off two and get very upset when I kept asking her to take all of them off. This experience was extremely disturbing, and I will no longer be coming to this salon for services. Mind you the designs I asked for are designs she painted before on the nail displays, the colors were supposed to white and gold and the flowers were supposed to actually look like flowers.

They deserve no star. This place is awful. Don’t waste your money or time here. The owner who is also the only one who does nails is super rude. My daughter and god-daughter went there because someone recommended this place to us. The biggest mistake was not only did the lady spend the whole talking on her phone while working on my girls nails. She didn’t want to do the design my daughter wanted and she burned her finger. My god-daughter didn’t get the almond shape she asked for and also the lady cut one of her fingers while shaping them. She was very unprofessional

I was very grateful for how she rushed into work to do my nails even though she was in an auto accident on her way into work. I was also very appreciative of how she explained why I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted which was not ever done when at any other nail salons that couldn’t create the designs I wanted. She was quick to fo the nails even with another client getting treated. She also offered extra services I wanted but didn’t know I could afford to do. I did have my nail on my right hand the middle finger nail broke next day when I scratched an itch on my face but was able to glue back on myself luckily. So the nails still look good. Thank you Tina.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTina has been my go-to nail technician since 2008 or 2009 after I moved here from out of state. There were many places and technicians I tried before her. After the first time I saw Tina, she was the one I stuck with. She became not only my nail technician, but also a friend. I have very thin, weak nails and she’s the only one who doesn’t hurt them with the drill. She does some terrific artwork. It’s fascinating to watch how easily she does designs by hand. I’m moving out of state soon and not looking forward to finding someone else. I’m really going to miss her!Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureTina has been my go-to nail technician since 2008 or 2009 after I moved here from out of state. I wanted an almond shaped nail, and I wanted them to have a design. She was rude, and rushed my nails. This is not even a proper almond shaped nail, I’ve had them done before, I should know. I don’t know if you can tell in the photo, but in person, the nails are not even properly shaped. Very disappointed Acrylic nails

The smell in the air was that of carbon monoxide i said something and she ignored me. She asked me to pay mid treatment …like what am I going to run away? And she said due to covid we can’t dry my nails ..which I felt was bs because I went a month ago to somewhere else and they dried my fingers and toes. And the demeanor she expressed was lacking.
