Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was charged before my nails were even completed as they were in a rush to go home after making me sit in the salon for hours (with an appointment, even called and asked if they had enough time) without doing anything to my nails yet still taking customers in after me who didn’t have an appointment such as myself I was charged over two hundred dollars for something I wasn’t happy with the color wasn’t even right to begin with and not even a week later they started popping off I get my nails done regularly at Annie’s nails in sgf this is the thanks I get for switching up on my regular salon needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this business to ANYONE not to mention I was hounded for a tip before the job was even half way done and it wasn’t even done half way right! The picture all the way to the right with the cheetah print is what they were supposed to look like… get my drift?! Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueSuch friendly and professional service, I was going to shop around for a good place, but my dog was getting groomed next door and when I poked my head in they were so friendly so I thought why not? Never had a pedicure but felt it was totally time, and I was not disappointed! I now have baby soft, baby blue feet! And will certainly be back to try a manicure next. Such friendly and professional service, I was going to shop around for a good place, but my dog was getting groomed next door and when I poked my head in they were so friendly so I thought why not? Never had a pedicure but felt it was totally time, and I was not disappointed! I now have baby soft, baby blue feet! And will certainly be back to try a manicure next.
