kenny does a well job it’s that other lady in there she rushes and everytime she does my nails they chip the next day she does not need to be doing nails never going back now 40 dollars plus tip for a refill for the nails to chip next day Acrylic nails

I came here many times with my daughter over the years. Never knew what they were saying. Today I bring a friend with me who speaks Vietnamese. The worker didn’t know my friend spoke Vietnamese. The person doing nails talk very badly and was insulting the whole time they were doing the nails. So when you go to Tina’s nail be aware they speak poorly about their customers. So when they smile at you it’s fake and they talk badly about you. NEVER GO HERE. My money will never go to this place. VERY INSULTING BAD PERSON. Never go here.

Horrible experience requested an eyelash removal. It felt my own eye lashes was being ripped off my eye lids. The staff are rude and not professional. I was in pain and agony. It was rushed. They didn’t even allow me to use the dryer, he just said leave with slippers on. I asked for yellow and he started painting them white and then I had to ask for yellow, which he put over it. My nails chipped. It lasted less than 20 min and I wouldn’t recommend or go back.

They pick and choose when they wanna close early i went by at 7pm befor came all the way from braintree on a week day pulled up to the salon and noticed the lights were all off i called and the lady stated they were closed i stated but your hours on your door states you close at 8pm and the lady stated im sorry but we going home that wasnt the first time that happend so this time imma leave a review everytime they close early im leaveing a review another time bout a year ago i went in for some pampering for my birthday they guy started doing my pedicure and when his appointment came in he just rushed thru my pedicure so he could get to his appointment he started cuting my cuticle ect this place is very weird at times be careful

This was an amazing hidden gem, I had a great experience they were very accommodating to me in a motorized wheelchair. They were knowledge about shapes and matching colors, an extensive collection of colors and services. Open till 8pm on Saturday, two locations, accessible to public transit, features an ATM and kind service people. Check them out if your looking for somewhere that nails it!

Usually I go to Nick he’s great however customer service is awful at this place. Appointments are a joke here and don’t rely on them. I had an appt at 10 am to be told by Cow the front desk guy that I still have to wait 45 mins. This place isn’t even worth going to , they re use the flip flop from the pedi station and don’t soak off the gel like they are suppose to instead they use the drill and make your nails thin. Stay away and put on Google translator to hear what they saying you’d be surprised.FYI the only reason they even have a few good reviews is because they give you something is you wrote a good review but as you can tell from everyone’s nail pictures the quality isn’t even good
