I keep trying to give this nail salon chances, especially when the one that I usually go to isn’t open. Every time I come here, there is something wrong. I visited today to get a pedicure and an eyebrow wax, the woman doing it was aggressive and kept digging deep into my cuticles which was obviously painful. After she was done, she told me to sit for 10 minutes and then we will go back for the wax. I sit there for way over 10 minutes while she visibly plays on her phone and yawns. After one of the other employees told her that I was done, she got up and walked me to the register, completely ignoring the fact that I wanted my eyebrows done. The only reason I came to this nail salon was because my usual was closed & they usually do well on pedicures. On my previous visit, they burnt my eyebrows horribly & the burns took days to heal.

Had my nails filled in at Tin Tin Nails and there was nothing short of a stressful situation. The guy I made the appointment with kept trying to force me into getting more than what I asked for and kept insisting I pay more for every little thing. When he finally excepted that I was getting no more than what I requested he walked away. I was moved to another table with a different tech who was willing to do the service. When I showed the tech that a nail was crooked she didn’t know how to correct it but she tried and failed. She also walked away and an other tech took over. By the time I left I was just over it. My nails were jacked up with sawtooth sides, uneven filing and shaping, air pockets and incorrect polymer match.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.the lady was constantly on her phone and took WAY to long and my nails are not even.The nails on my left hand are shorter than the right. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND,and I will never go back Acrylic nails

I had my daughters eyebrow done here and this person done it so horribly and he was screaming at my daughter because she was scared. Not just that but I was about to call the police. Worst customer care in the whole entire earth. I was very very disappointed also my daughter was crying. NEVER COME HERE WORST CUSTOMER CARE IN THE WORLD. Ot should be a zero star place. It should be closed.

This was my first time going there. I had a deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure. Everyone there was so warm and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. It was the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The experience was very therapeutic and the young woman who took care of me did a fabulous job. I closed my eyes and enjoyed the 2 hours of pampering. I reccomend this place and look forward to my next visit.

The guy kept kicking and stepping on her foot every time she flinched, she said she was in pain the entire time and he was very rough. The nails were very uneven, different lengths, crooked, unstable and wobbly, just a very sloppy job, the worst she’s ever had, and they charged her $50 for them.
