They are AMAZING! I went here for the first time to see if they could fix my very damaged hair. Words cannot explain how far they exceeded my expectations. For the first time in a decade, I actually love my hair style and color. Tim and Jeff blow all the fancy Chicago salons out of the water. Who knew after spending a fortune at Ifergan, Triccoci and Art & Science the best cut & color would be here? While not inexpensive, it’s a great value for the level of skill of the service provided. Timothy Jeffrey salon and it’s namesake proprietors are a hidden gem. For the first time in a decade, I actually love my hair style and color. Tim and Jeff blow all the fancy Chicago salons out of the water. Who knew after spending a fortune at Ifergan, Triccoci and Art & Science the best cut & color would be here? I made a 9am appointment on a Tuesday. They are not open on Mondays and I still got a call Monday afternoon to confirm the appointment. I got there at 9 and Sam, who was my stylist, sat me in his chair right away. I didn’t even sit down in the waiting area. I gave him little detail about what I wanted because I’m not good at describing the vision in my head and he was able to take that small detail and give me the style and color better than I imagined. He was so fast too! Not messy, unprofessional fast. Fast because he was that skilled in doing hair. What would of normally been a 3 hour appointment somewhere else, was an hour and a half. Everyone in the salon was so nice and welcoming. No attitude because I was an out of towner. The prices were very reasonable! I’m so happy with my experience. Such a great salon. I was so nervous to go to a new salon but I am so happy I tried this salon. I wish I lived in Indiana so I could go back. I made a 9am appointment on a Tuesday. They are not open on Mondays and I still got a call Monday afternoon to confirm the appointment. I got there at 9 and Sam, who was my stylist, sat me in his chair right away.
