This is the first negative experience I’ve ever had at this location. The ladies are always lovely, very talkative, and sweet. Today I was serviced by the only male nail tech (that I’m aware of) and he barely said a word to me. To start, he cut me multiple times using an electric file, and the only words he spoke to me consisted of “you need your eyebrows waxed really badly”, and “is that a birth mark?”, after aggressively attempting to wipe off my mole. My nails look fine but he was so extremely rude and as a teenage girl those two exchanges really hurt my feelings and self-image..especially coming from a middle aged man.

Today was my first visit. The salon is very close to my residents so I thought I give it a try. The employees were very friendly when I arrived. My tech was Alicia. She did excellent work. She took her time and I especially loved her 3-D flower designs that she made out of acrylic! I will definitely recommend this salon. I will be returning there!

Overall these people seem professional. I really wish I could give this place more stars but the lady who did my nails was rushing through as if I did not deserve the same attention as the other customers. My nails and toes turned out looking good but she gave a half ass massage and spent barely no time on it. She did not spend enough time exfoliating the skin off my feet and they still felt hard. Spent less than a minute doing it.

The worst experience of my life. Please don’t ever go here. The first time I went here the owner the old lady was so rude. The first thing she said was pick a color. And had a bad attitude. The second time I made an appointment with a particular nail tech that I enjoyed from the first time. They put me down but she had started someone else. The old lady yelled at me and was so rude. She made me go with another technician. I didn’t leave because my kids where so excited to get there nails done. And the manager was nice. The nail job sucked. Our nails only lasted 4 days. Worst service ever. Don’t ever go here worst customer service. The old lady needs to stay home and watch her grandkids.

I don’t know about anyone else but they did the best job on my wife’s pedicure. Customer satisfaction is subject to personal perception. Her nails were a complete mess when she walked in. Dealt with Tracy, explained the situation, and she took it from there. When I came back, my wife looked very happy and relaxed. Overall, very nice job indeed. We will be back again. Not really sure what the other two were talking about, but that is their experience, not my wife’s.
