Honestly the best airbrush tan I have ever gotten. I had an event the next day after my tan and I was GLOWING. No streaks/lines, Beautiful color and it has lasted so long. I will be getting all of my airbrush spray tans here! The tanning artist made me feel so comfortable and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted. I believe her name was Mary Katherine!

I went in today to cancel my membership and they stated I haven’t paid in four months . I showed the girl at the front desk my transactions where it takes money out of my account every month for them and she told me she couldn’t cancel it right now and I would have to drive all the way back there just to get my account canceled once I talk to a manger . Not to mention , the manager still has no called .

I was really blown away by the sincerity of Madison when she explained any spray tan information I could have needed over the phone. She was so thoughtful and informative! When I went in to tan the girl at the front desk was so great and didn’t even mind I walked in a few mins before they opened. The spray tan was great — it’s a Versa so I knew what to expect. They really wanted me to have a great experience. I will definitely be back!

The place is fraudulently used my card. Charged me $310 for this month. Told me sorry I can’t see on my side what we charged. Do not give them your debit card. My agreement was $48 a month. Tanning

This tanning place is just awesome. From the tanning bed sales ladies to the spray tan tech manager were all as nice as could be. They took their time explaining procedure to me and never once got frustrated. I would recommend this tanning salon to any and everyone they are just awesome ladies

A friend of mine mentioned this place because I live right down the road from Timeless Tan on Racine. I did the bronze tanning bed “membership” that’s $18 a month and it’s an auto draft (after three months you can cancel). It was also 50% off tanning lotion today and I got peace and harmony by Ed Hardy! The lowest price from what I saw was $22 for face tanners. The median of the rest of the lotions seemed to be about $50. The inside is dim and relaxing with a lot of nice wood paneling. The beds are nice, clean, and have a large fan at the bottom, as well as a radio and speakers! Amanda was great and very patient; she told me about the packages they offer and she spent time pulling out about 10 lotions so I could figure out which one I liked. Although it was my first time there, I’m happy with the first impression they gave me!!

I called this location around 2:30-3:00pm asking if they offered machine spray tans, which the girl on the phone said yes and they would be open until 6:00pm. I went in at 5:30pm and the girl working very rudely said they always take the machine down thirty minutes early, even though it wasn’t store policy. After explaining I called earlier she said that they could put the machine back together but because the parts were wet my tan would probably be spotty. (Why would anyone want to pay for a spotty tan?)

SCAM ARTISTS. Charged my credit card fraudulently – I did not fill out all of their paperwork nor got a copy of the paperwork their employee filled the rest out for me after I left and the owner told me there’s no way to prove it even though I never gave them my finger print – while their other customers put down their fingerprint when they sign up. Owner treated me with utter disrespect and said they can only cancel my account so I am not charged further. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
