Kayla, the esthetician was prompt and friendly. She put me at ease immediately and was very excited and knowledgeable about her products. My facial was wonderful! From the moment I called to make an appointment, the staff at Timeless Skin & Beauty could not have been more professional and helpful! Kayla, the esthetician was prompt and friendly. She put me at ease immediately and was very excited and knowledgeable about her products. My facial was wonderful! She applied many potions and lotions and even used some 24k gold infused products. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Qualityjust totally unprofessional.. I called to see if I could get in today.. called as soon as she opened at 9 no answer… and her voicemail was full.. so I drove to her shop around 11 and saw a huge building looked like no one even had a place in it… I go in and i was lucky enough to find the build manager and was told she hasn’t been in yet today.. I was given her cell number from him and politely asked her if she had availability… then the text I got was unprofessional like me trying to book some was inconveniences.. or I was rude for even trying to contact her.. just go somewhere with MUCH better communication and will politely tell you that they are bookedrelying to the owners respons I was trying to make an appointment with you your response in your text and lack of communication and thats was the unprofessional part of you.. you were rude to tell me that you were busy and was not a walk in service.. I understand that it It wasn’t a walk in but the reason of me coming to your building was to book an appointment again.. just unprofessional and it took you 4 weeks.. to relying to my review.. lot of blaming to me because of your lack or professionalism.. ofcourse I had a tone with you after your rude/unwelcoming text!
