I was taken back very promptly and met KC. The amount of talent, attention to detail, and thoroughness she has is insane. She made me feel like we had been best friends for 10 years. She was so personable. I was immediately comfortable and any anxieties I had were quickly washed away. I felt absolutely no pain, which coming from a precious bad experience, was such a relief. I also had the chance to meet Michelle. She took the time to discuss skincare questions I had and was so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. If I could just hang out at Timeless everyday, I literally would. That’s how fantastic this business and group of women are.
