The owner stated that she knew that she was to light on the blend of brown in the weave. She stated that she would be glad to have me make another appointment to correct the weave. When I did reach out she said that she was backed up for weeks. I called again and was promised a call back which never came. In truth, I believe now that she never had any intention of booking me another appointment. As of now, I am receiving angry texts from this owner, claiming no wrong doing.
