Most people say they feel almost nothing when a numbing cream is used.How long will it take for me to see results from my microneedling treatment?Most all patients see results after the first microneedling treatment. Individual results vary depending on individual skin health. It is most common to begin to see true changes or positive results as soon as 1-2 weeks after the first treatment. Many patients comment on positive changes in even less time. Often, change is noted within just a few days.How long will my microneedling results last?Microneedling produces results through the stimulation of growth factors and collagen, thereby promoting new skin cells to surface. As our skin ages, our collagen production naturally slows down. Your overall result will last longer when using an at home skin care regimen that includes a daily Retinoid product. Your Medical Esthetician is best suited to make this recommendation. New collagen and elastin formation in the skin are documented as visually and measurably improved as much as one year after just one treatment. However, a series of treatments is typically recommended for best results.What will I look like after my microneedling treatment?Microneedling is considered a low downtime treatment. Immediately after your treatment your skin will look slightly pink to moderately red with possible pin point bleeding. Your Medical Esthetician will recommend skin care products for your post care based on your individual skin, which will greatly minimize these symptoms and enhance your overall results.Can I use makeup after having my microneedling treatment?Directly after your treatment we recommend using only Colorescience mineral based foundation, as it cannot build bacteria. You may go back to your regular foundation 4 days post treatment.

Enlighten Depigmentation Peel$600.00 (30 minutes)The Enlighten Depigmentation Peel is a cosmetic lightening peel treatment that helps with melasma (dark spots) and other forms of skin pigmentation that do not respond to more traditional treatments. I turned 51 this year, and I have still been able to see the improvements during a time when the face and skin often age dramatically. Katrina is knowledgeable about every treatment and makes every effort to educate me along the way. Not only is she really good at what she does, she stays excited about it. So she continues to learn for herself and teach clients like me. For these reasons, I keep coming back. Katrina recently created her own skin care line. I am so grateful for the resurfacing/refracture laser treatments Katrina gave me. This was worth every penny I spent and I no longer have face craters from severe cystic acne or acne now. My face looks normal and so fabulous I can even go out without make up and not be self conscious of myself/skin because it’s the laser that did it. It cured all acne and acne scars! INCREDIBLE results…so therefore, I encourage you to do the laser treatments if you have acne, acne scars, dark spots from the sun, etc. I also just bought the Jane Iredale make up that is the best make up I have EVER tried. It looks so natural, first make up I can even leave on overnight with no acne breakouts, stays on ALL day and doesn’t smear, no need to touch up 8 hrs later. I wish I had bought more at the make up party when it was on sale in December actually….but now I will be a forever customer. No more color science makeup or Estée Lauder, Clinique, x 12 others I have break outs with….this IS clean make up for SURE that doesn’t effect your skin.
