Be specific when you go in. I stopped by yesterday for the first time to get a haircut and left without the top half of my mustache. I didn’t even ask for a beard trim, and by the time I realized he wasn’t just cleaning up the edges he had changed the entire shape of my beard. I ended up having to shave it off, otherwise it would have looked ridiculous as it grew back out.
