Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this place for the first time to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I picked a regular purple nail polish color for my feet and a similar color for my hands to get the gel manicure so it would match. The lady who did my pedicure barely applied any nail polish on my feet, she was wiping practically all of it off in the bottle and did not put proper coats on each toe nail. My nails came out Clear, with absolutely no color at all when they should have had a purple color. At the end when I said there’s like no color on my toes and it’s clear, she didn’t say anything and just walked away. It was purposefully done. Didn’t offer to add the proper amount of nail polish so that there would be the color I actually chose. Very poor service, would never go here again. Very disappointed. A great way to end a rainy Sunday afternoon Memorial weekend I received a so thorough and perfectly polish manicure from Kim. I could have sat for another five minute massage it felt so good on my hands. The salon is very unique with these very tall Alice in Wonderland type chairs it is very calming. There’s lots of parking in the rear next to the post office at San Gabriel Boulevard and Huntington Drive ..ask for Kim:)
