Such a good massage! Connie really knows her stuff! I went in with neck problems and left feeling SO MUCH better! I loved that she took the time to ask what I needed and learn my normal daily tasks. She also educated me on stretches I can do and when to ice or apply heat. She explained what she was doing during the massage and checked multiple times to make sure the pressure was ok. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Time Out Day Spa is the only place I go as I have been a client of Beth for 15 + years and must say that her service is beyond 100% invigorating not to mention very professional with such a relaxing atmosphere.
