Been coming here for OVER 20 years. The service has been horrible. Got an overlay on my natural nails the acrylic is thick & bulky & the GEL POLISH chipped the same night. Seeing how I was leaving for the airport I had no time to go back. The pedicure was basic & the girl was very rough I had to pull my foot back multiple times. The best part was my eyebrows so I’ll just go there for that. This is usually my last resort/I’m in a rush place because the quality & service ain’t worth what I’m paying. They say you get what you pay for NOT here!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

They Ober charged me for basic Whote tip short nail full set and on top that cut my cuticle to where it was bleeding. Charged 153 and said they’ll give me 3 off for the cut. My nails were short and only other service was my pedi and my 9byo mails painted. And one my nail crooked, didn’t notice til layer but had to have them fix 2 crooked as she was doing them!! NO Thank You. I hadn’t been here in Years and will not go again unless it’s just for a paint

Although, the process of removing old nails were a little painful and my real nails were clipped in the process, without asking. The end result was perfect! Service was quick, and customer service was awesome. I was greeted immediately and was seated and worked on with no delays on a Friday night, with no appointment. The best work I have had in years by the young gentleman by the door. Thanks for fitting me in and doing an amazing job!

I went to this salon for a second time after having a mixed result the first time. This time as before I had 3 different technicians work on me. 2 for nail and one for waxing. The first time the person that did the pedicure was great. The person working on my hands seemed to be the owner or manager. She did an awful job. I had a wax and I loved the result. This time the person that did my pedicure was kind of mean and did not like it when i asked to round off the sharp edges of my nails. The girl working on my hands did not seem to understand what I wanted with my nails either. I ended up showing her with the file which did not go over well with either of them. The end result was good but the experience getting it was not. I did not have any better luck with the waxing. She burned me with the wax on the area under my nose. I was leaving for vacation the next day and wanted to look nice. Instead I had a scab under my nose. I didn’t realize it until I got home because sometimes bumps appear after waxing and can be a bit uncomfortable but usually go down pretty fast. I did not leave the tip on my credit card as I felt that the owners would keep it for themselves. The woman who did my pedicure stood there staring at me after my waxing as if looking for her tip. I am slow to review as this happened just prior to Memorial day weekend. I did tip them but I will not be returning for a 3rd time.

Critical: QualityNails not done well at all. Used so much glue that you can’t see the stones. My gem came off after 3 days. Polish is bubbling. The clear is bubbly. The whole nail wasn’t polished and I did NOT get what I asked for. I paid too much for what I got.

I was in town and have an event to go to this weekend and needed to get a new set and a pedicure. I called in to see if I needed to set up an appointment or if walk ins were fine and they said both were fine. The pedicure I got was fine, nothing to spectacular about it. BUT when they started on my new set on the other hand, first off when the lady went through to cut my old tips off she didn’t pay attention to the skin that grows underneath and cut not one, not two but THREE of my fingers. She proceeded to clean it up with alcohol but not very well. She apologized and then another woman, whom I assume was the owner finished up my nails. Now if I hadn’t have an event coming up I would’ve left, but that wasn’t the case. So I’m sitting in the chair and three of my fingers are bleeding and everyone is acting like nothing happened. No one tried to Converse with me and everyone was to distracted with whatever show was playing on the TV or conversing amongst eachother. Unprofessional.
