Twist in the front was neatly done and the same size twist in the back horrible very big twist and twisted in different direction. I called to see it they could fix the big twist in the back left a voice message and didn’t get a response so I ended up redoing the big twist on the back myself. Never going back very displeased and disappointed I try to support braiding businesses lesson learned I will you tube and braid my own hair….

I received medium box braids. Took 3 hours. I had 2 braiders. The box braids look okay but could have looked better. I will Not be going back. I paid too much money for the braids it wasn’t worth it.

…. they do have some cheap services also such as regular cornrows/ French Braids. Non extension for $40. They tend to also be amazingly fast usually!!They’re quick to add you in if at all possible even if a Sunday!!

I called to see if she had any availability. She asked when did I want to come, I said at 11:30 tomorrow. She asked me to text her my name and some photos of some styles. I did. I got to the shop and introduced myself. She asked me for my phone number and I gave it to her. She then looked at the pictures that I sent the day before and told me that she could only do one of the styles. Ok. Thats cool. I just wanted like 3 or 4 cornrow braids so I wasn’t really concerned with that part. Then she tells me to have a seat it will be another 45 minutes to an hour. I sat down and immediately started looking for another braider. My appointment was at 11:30 – not 12:15 or 12:30. If she was going to be running late, she could have called me and I could have moved some things around. I live an hour away, so I left at 10:15 to get there around 11:15. My time is valuable. I am cool with at 10-15 minute wait but not 45 minutes to an hour. So I left after waiting for about 5 minutes and I found another braider around the corner.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe owner is very unprofessional how she get you is like this she will do your hair your first appointment and it’s done how you ask and what it’s worth. On your next visit she will make up reasons she won’t be able to do your hair but insure you that her stylist can do just as good as her. To make a long story short don’t waist your time going here. She did well here stylist did knotless braids on my daughters 12 and 14 and tried to to charge me $180 for each of them and didn’t even charge me that much the first time. Then on top of that they did knotless in the front of the head but regular box braids in the back. The salon is not that clean and your sitting in heat for 8 hours. Tima is very rude and try to play as if she’s a victim when clearly she trying to take advantage of hard working people who she think can pay this outrageous prices which I don’t mind paying for what the work I worth but do try to take advantage me. I will never again bring them here I would rather drive to Kennesaw where I use to get my money worth for their hair. If I could give a negative star I would! Had my 2 daughters waiting since they opened and still didn’t do they hair. Had us sitting there all morning with lack of communication. I’m certain that we were not sitting there all morning for you to tell them at 5 you couldn’t do their hair.

Called a day ahead to see if they were booked. Tima informed me that they weren’t and asked what type of braids did I want. I informed her that I was interested in the 2 strand twists and she quoted a price. My hair is very soft and fine and I in turn mentioned that to Tima. In turn she asked me if I was sure that I wanted the twist due to my texture of hair. I asked what would she recommend and she said that she would have to look at my hair first. To make a long story short, when she saw my hair, she advised me that she would not recommend the twist at this time and that I should get individual braids. They did an excellent job on my hair and I really appreciate the honesty that was shown. This will from now on be the braiding shop that myself and my daughters use from now on. Thank you Tima for your overall honesty and great customer service. Plus the braiding did not hurt at all!!!
