Angel Angel Angel!!! She is the best! She perfects my dip & tip, perfects my pedicures and she does amazing eye brows! I’ve been going to her for awhile now and I’ve tried other places when she was on vacation and I was so disappointed, I’ll never do that again. She’s worth the wait! Hands down Angel is my fav! Designs are good for the most part. Multiple times of getting my nails done here, I’m tired of my skin at the top of my fingertips being ripped off every time a nail breaks. Second one to break in minimally 2 weeks. Horribly painful when it happens and incredibly frustrating. When I went back after letting my nail heal for a full day 1/2, to have them fix it, they refused to fix it. I’m just done coming here after years of doing so…I’m tired of my nails being destroyed….and my skin being ripped off. Another reputable place I went to in town told me the reason this has continued to happen to me is because the tips were being glued way too far up on my nails.

I have been without a ‘regular’ nail salon for some time. Tila is my mom’s favorite place, so I’ve given it a try a couple times now, both times for basic pedicures. The pedicure itself wasn’t terrible. What was terrible, is that both times they have attempted to dig out ingrown toenails without me asking and that weren’t there. When pressed about it, it was explained as *shaping*. This has led to pulling parts of my nail painfully deep from my nail bed and making me bleed on either side of my big toes. This combined with unsanitary tools has given me infections each time. I will not go back.

I felt very welcomed when I went in and they did a better job on my design then I expected but almost 2 hours later my nails started flaking off. I won’t come here for a custom design again. It doesn’t help that they made fun of my design, I felt very insulted. My design was also rushed thru and sloppily made. There not even at all and I had to fix it at home.

Critical: QualityNot satisfied at all. I went with 2 of my friends. The lady working on my nails was working super fast and even cut me three times. Each time she went in with a certain polish my burns hurt super bad. The second she finished my nails she turned the fan on for my nails to dry and quickly asked me to move to work on my friend next. My other friend got the same service (dip) from a guy working there and he did her nails beautifully and put cuticle oil and lotion on her hands. Until I pointed out how I didn’t have that done the lady quickly put oil all over my hands while she was working on my friend so her hands were full of powder. She could tell I was upset and seemed to put more effort into my friends nails afterwards. I was left with a lot of residue all around my nails and even fingers. Not to mention that under my nails on my right hand looked green. I refused to pay $30 for this and was asked to pay $25.Only a $5 discount. I think the pictures speak for themselves. I went in here one day because a previous nail salon butched my nails. They got me right in and fixed the mess I had and did an amazing job! I have been going there ever since.
