I went in for a five minute base tan and a spray tan. And I spent a total of 40 minutes in the salon and never got my spray tan. The little blonde floating manager has no idea what she’s doing. There was not that many people there and she continuously put me off for 20 minutes after my normal tan so I ended up just leaving and this is after I had just bought a 30 day package. I fully understand being short staffed but that’s unacceptable. This is the SECOND time it’s happened. Both with her being in charge.

I came in today clueless on what I wanted and how to get the best product and package to meet my goal. I felt as if the girl (brooklyn) didn’t have or know the answers I asked without laughing and coming up with a plan that cost me over 200.00. Still I took her recommendstions and bought it. Later that evening I came back in with my daughter who was tanning for the first time and lexa was very nice professional and explained the best route for her. She knew the product and exactly what my daughter needed without costing a fortune. I explained to her that I was in earlier and didn’t feel as if I was treated or given the correct information. Lexa pulled my file and immediatly knew who I was because of Brooklyn bragging about the money she made from me. She then explained how I could get the best outcome with what I paid for. So I give lexa a 5 star and Brooklyn nothing. I will not return when my package is done or recommend anyone to due business here.
