This is a great place to tan. My only complaint is to why they didn’t get five stars is because they cannot seem to get me online where I can make my own appointments using the scheduler that they provide. I have to call constantly trying to schedule and make appointments when I can if they could get me access I could just go online and do it myself. I have requested that they fix this three times by text message and I’ve also sent them an email with no response.

Great place to tan . Clean. But….. I wouldn’t advise making appointments online, phone,or in person. 9/10 times appointments never got met. Always had to wait past the appointment time because they would give it to someone else even though you show up 10 minutes early if that makes sense. Because if somebody shows up late for their appointment then everyone else behind that person is late to their appointment. They either need to train these girls and figure out how to make appointments or take their appointments off altogether , glad we just had one month to tan out of the year because I wouldn’t do it all the time.

Keep coming back because of the customer service we get when we go there. Whitney the counter girl is amazing friendly and a delight to talk with. She is knows her customer and their needs right when they walk inside the door. Great personality for that type of work. Her customer service goes along way with her personality. I hope she stays there.

Paying for a spray tan membership but I feel like every time I want to go in for one, their machines are down! Called the other day to both Elkhart locations and they told me they were both down. Haven’t had luck at the south bend location yet.

What time do you actually close, i got there about 6pm and that place was a ghost town. Nobody answered the phone, and all signs and lights were off. I was pretty bummed because I had just bought the package that day but couldn’t tan at the location I bought it from, so I was waiting to get home and use this one by my house. So disappointing. If they’re going to close early all the time, kind of makes it inconvenient to even keep the package since that one is 2 minutes from my house.

A little frustrated with my visit today. I just bought a new package based upon the special they were running which all in all is a good deal though the wait is a bit. What frustrates me is I wanted to try the red light therapy bed to see what it was like before I bought there $99 package. The young lady stated I could not purchase a single session and tried to force the expensive package on me. I told her I didn’t want a package just yet. I wanted to try it out. She was not very nice and proceeded to tell me I wouldn’t see results in one setting anyways so it didn’t matter.

A little pricey, but it is worth it for the tan you receive. The down side is the employees. They are not friendly. They are knowledgeable but act annoyed when you ask a question. Their hours are comparable to other salons. Overall I choose to go there for the convenient location and great tan.
