Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve been tanning here for about 6 years now and it’s the only place I’ll tan at. The beds are always pristine and very clean! They replace the bulbs regularly so you are always getting a great tan. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about tanning and products. I’ve been tanning here for about 6 years now and it’s the only place I’ll tan at. The beds are always pristine and very clean! They replace the bulbs regularly so you are always getting a great tan. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about tanning and products. I drive 25 minutes to tan here so that should say something. I love Tiki Tan!

The level 5 is an amazing bed but so is the level 4. Perhaps you need to understand that heat is not what tans you .. some beds tend to run hotter. I tan twice a week tops and use both level 5 and level 4 and get comments regularly regarding how dark I am. The owner’s at this salon definitely stay on top of bulb changes and make sure their client’s get the best tanning experience they can offer.I’ve tanned in many places, in many states and Tiki Tan is by far one one of the best tanning salons. Perhaps you need to understand that heat is not what tans you .. some beds tend to run hotter. The staff/owners are professional, personable, and well-versed on how to maximize each experience with products etc. The VIP Membership rocks (took me a year to figure it out)!!! It’s the only salon I use…and is worth the occasional wait for my favorite bed! There was a difficult new customer today that was rude to staff and a customer, and the staff maintained their professionalism while protecting their long-time customer. I have been coming here for almost three years! The salon is family-owned and run as if you are part of the family! The staff/owners are professional, personable, and well-versed on how to maximize each experience with products etc. The VIP Membership rocks (took me a year to figure it out)!!! Absolutely love this Tiki Tan location! I have been going for two years now & visit before I go on vacation. The staff is so welcoming & the beds are always so clean. I refuse to go to any other tanning location. I have been to plenty of other tanning businesses in the area & this location is hands down the best. The packages are very affordable and they have great lotion to choose from. I highly recommend for anyone looking to tan in the area!

All packages and deals you very specifically need to ask. Eye wear change was on a table tent and never mentioned. Why a business wouldn’t want to give customers all the info to return is beyond me. I bought a month of there most expensive package because I was showed one good bed and this place was closer than where I was going. Well that one bed is just that. There’s only one and there’s usually a long line to get to use it and now speaking from experience there next best bed didn’t even get warm let alone hot. I even turned the fans all the way off. Im so disappointed im stuck with being over 100 bucks broker for nothing. Never again. Laundry and tan… cheaper and better.

Critical: Professionalismfirst i have to say i really liked the owner she was very helpful and i enjoy talking to her. she even came outside and talked to me about my bike when i was next door getting my nails done. i moved to the area at the end of january and had to find somewhere to tan. i paid for a vip membership under the impression if i couldn’t come this summer i had 90 days to come back without having to pay the startup fee again. today when i called the owners son in law was rude and told me his wife renewed my account and he knows she told everyone it changed from 90 days to 30. i was never told but regardless he wasn’t apart of the conversation nor even there to be so sure and rude. he was very excited when i told him i wouldn’t be coming back which isn’t a way to keep customers… and not to mention he said it was told to everyone because the timing changed at the first of the year. considering i was a new customer this year how was i ever informed it was 90 days?? coming in after the first i shouldn’t been told 30, and 90 should’ve never been mentioned. the fact that this isn’t being honored as their mistake is a big bummer for me because i hate finding a new home tanning salon, and i really liked the owner but i don’t appreciate how this was handled at all!Service: Tanningfirst i have to say i really liked the owner she was very helpful and i enjoy talking to her. she even came outside and talked to me about my bike when i was next door getting my nails done. i moved to the area at the end of january and had …More
