In simple terms, don’t come if i can rate this place -9283838 i would. I walked in told the girl i had a first time customer coupon and she seemed a little wierd but whatever filled out the papers blah blah, then tells me the booth is ready, i got a medium tan A MEDIUM. i have previously done spray tanning it has been NO issue, i know where to put my hair net and how to do the motions, it was just terrible. i go out and not only am i as red as a tomato there is legitatemly PATCHES of my face missing and my neck this was the WORST spray tan place i have EVER been too. Do not go here unless your feeling the red bronze look

I will NEVER return to this place. To start, i walked in and was not greeted by anything but a person obnoxiously speaking on the phone. I look around , only the first room shut, so i figure it’s a customer. But nope, no one in the front and out comes the front desk girl. She loudly tells her friend on the phone to HOLD ON as if I’m interrupting her convo. So she says Hi. That’s it. Then. What’s the name. As a tanning salon manager for 6 years, that is the #1 what not to do. How about hello how are you? What are you interested in doing ? I was clearly not a regular. I came to this location ONCE two years ago for a spray tan and asked if i could use the buy one get one free for the bed. She was rude and said “no. U have been here before.” Ok sunshine. So then i say ok no problem, i have a base but want to keep building it. Ok so level three do the stand up so u don’t get tan lines. Tan lines ? R u kidding ? But ok. I wanted to do stand up anyway so i paid $30 and made my way she didn’t bother to show me where it was nothjng. So i go to this janky old stand up that my salon would never ever even have, and i immediatley was turned off so i went back and said im sorry to be annoying but i don’t wanna do that one. Can i upgeade to the highest standup. NOPE. we don’t do cash refunds. Lol ! So funny that you can’t let me pay the difference OR refund me cash that i gave you 2 minutes ago. And i said so i cant even pay the difference for a higher level? No. I just said we don’t do cash refund. So that’s when i got annoyed bc as someone who works at a tanning salon , this is 100% capable of being done, her lazy self just didn’t wanna do anything but get back to her friend on the phone. So she said j can only do the lay down. So i did it. And i will never return. I went tonight around 8. 6/15/22. Will not return. The blonde chubby girl is so rude and That is the #1 salon not to go to. Would much rather go to beach bum 2 minutes away. With competition like beach bum i would up my employees customer service unless you’re looking to lose business. Horrible experience.

3 months ago I was preparing for my one year wedding anniversary by using the tanning beds at this location. Great beds, don’t get me wrong but horrible customer service. While tanning in one of the beds 1 week before my anniversary, my wedding ring slipped off my finger & hit the ground. The sound of it hitting the ground made me feel comfortable knowing after my remaining 3 minutes Id get out & put it back on.

I never been to tiki before but was referred by s friend to go there for a spray tan- I called to make sure if they would be able to schedule me an appt two days prior, I spoke to a girl named Caroline I believe and she was very hepful she explained all the different levels and explained how you can use the machine or have one of the girls actually physically spray me- which I was happy to find out because I did not have a good experience with the machines- so I was happy to know I did not have to use one end someone could do it for me- she told me all the prices and what was included in it- she was very friendly and professional- I have my appt. tomorrow and I’m hoping I can come back on here with another great review!

Outstanding service and knowledge. Their Red Light Collagenetics Treatment restores collagen and reduces pore size and reduces appearance of blemishes. Anyone with troublesome skin should stop in and get some amazing info and everytime I come in they are always running a promotion to help me save money.
