Absolutely love this place I was upset when my old tanning place closed down but now that I found this place I don’t care as much because this place has the Cadillac of all tanning beds . Everything is always so clean . Staff is always polite and helpful . They are helpful if you need something . They have a awesome selection of lotions. They have stand-ups lay downs and airbrush . All touch screen and the lay down actually sprays water to cool you down love love love this place . Obsessed lol

I’ve been going to tiki image for a very long time, I get to visit all locations. I have dealt with some employees who are not very personable and should not work in customer service. Lauran at freehold has been the most helpful and most friendly. She cares about your experience from the moment you walk in the door to when you leave. She is very pleasant and knows what she is doing! I hope she’s working every time I go in!

The staff has always been great & for the most part it’s clean but it’s not the Four Seasons & it shouldn’t cost $38.00 to go tanning for 12 mins.. Not only that but if you’re going to charge that kind of money for a full 12 min session & someone only uses 6 mins they should only be charged for 1/2 a session. That’s like going in for a 30 min massage & getting charged for an hour. The other problem is If someone goes in for the full 12 mins that isn’t already really tan they will burn like a piece of bacon. So when you charge that much they will probably do just that & that can be very harmful to their skin. I think if u look out for ur customers best interest then they will probably be more willing to keep coming back. I know if I did that & woke up the next day with a full body burn I would not go tanning again.
