I thought the service was great from the minute I got on the phone to make an appointment. My girlfriend and I had never gotten professional massages before, and so kindness and forthcoming information was essential to our experience. On the phone, I was able to calmly talk with someone about exactly what I was looking for and the type of massage that would be best for us. Upon arriving, there is very little paperwork or wait time, and the papers you do have to fill out help to make the experience a great one. We got the couples Swedish massage and had Manny and Stephanie C. Both of us could not have been happier with how they handled themselves and how great the actual service was. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage!

They don’t take my passport, they said they can’t use it. I can rent a car with my passport, I can buy alcohol, but they don’t let me use tanning salon!!!! And as long as I am visiting USA this is 1st time then tanning salon don’t take passport as id. Ridiculous!!!!! Plus worker’s were not nice! And also Its 2 entrances, I walk in and waited by the desk 10 min till some client was walking out and told me its workers by another entrance. So unprofessional!!! Waisted my time and didn’t got service.

I’ve been here twice for couple’s massages and had a great, relaxing experience both times. I added a hot stone treatment on my most recent visit and the massage therapist did a fantastic job. It was the best massage I’ve ever gotten, hands down. She really knew how to find the problems areas and took her time. We will definitely be back.

It’s a beautiful facility with really nice beds. It smells good it’s clean. I don’t get much color when I go so maybe it’s my skin tone. I feel sorry for the owner because his employees could care less about his business and his reputation. I was left on hold for 12 minutes to help their business only for another employee to say “is there anything I can help you with?” I hung up. They’re young girls so I shouldn’t have expected different

I love this place. The staff is very kind and friendly and the equipment is spotless and well maintained. And it smells so nice inside from all of the spa products. The Valentines decorations in the reception area are an adorable touch.

Purchased Living social voucher, told the girl when booking the appointment about the voucher when she ask me for a credit card over the phone (which I personally don’t like disclosing) & had to spell my last name to her making sure that it was the correct account & asked her if it made a difference that I had a LS voucher. She didn’t mention that the voucher was for new clients only, proceeded to call me back to schedule the appointment to make sure she had someone available. Went in got the 90min massage, then when checking out they told me they couldn’t take the voucher and that the girl had told me and that I was arguing with her over it over the phone before booking the appointment. So basically your employees are lying and definitely have no integrity. I still paid with my credit card and will definitely will not go back to that wall location and I’m really upset that I have three tanning sessions left that I will be using before they expired. Definitely train your employee to take time to speak to the customers about using voucher and not make up false statements about your clients. In the long run it’s your business not theirs. Also I had refered my friends to Tiki image for massages and tanning which I will definitely retract. Thank you!

I have about 4 years experience working at tanning salons, including being a spray tech, and I have to say Tiki Image is absolutely top notch. The overall presentation of this salon and staff was amazing. Hours are amazing too. Loving my tan– thanks Alyssa! We need Tiki Image in North Jersey lol
