They made my wife wait for 45 minutes with her hair wet while they tended to a different client. She had an appointment but they were Multitasking between 2 people. Any business model should focus on the task they’re doing, But I understand they’re trying to make more money. But it never should be at the expense of making your customer wait with their hair wet and ignoring them. Avoid and find a better salon that treats you with a little more respect

Very dissapointed, after 17yrs of loyalty to one of their beauticians she does it to me again. Drove an hr and 20min to get my hair done , so she could tell me she’s leaving and cant see me altho I text her 5 days ago to confirm, I dont get why she couldn’t just say she wasnt avail so that I could make other arrangements. No professionalism what so ever.
