Critical: Professionalism, QualityI showed trini a picture for what I wanted and it was light brown highlights and she left my hair like a grey and brown and said it was suppose to look like that $140 of my hard work money to not even get close of what I wanted I’m really disappointed and never going back she acts that she knows everything .
