I had an appointment two doors down at Salon 309, however the stylist was a no-show. I walked in here and, luckily, Barbara was able to get me in immediately for a color. I have to say that the first lady’s “no-show” was a blessing in disguise as Barbara took great care of me and did a great job on my hair! She, and the owner, were both extremely pleasant to deal with and made me feel extremely welcome in their shop. I will definitely be back, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great ‘do!

Wow just Wow! I love going to this salon. Everyone is friendly, no matter who you may have an appointment with. My stylist name is Barbara. She is amazing! A few years ago my hair was falling out. After some research we found I was having a reaction to a process that was used on my hair since I can remember. We stopped everything(straighter, relaxers, color)and focused on healthy hair. Now I am the proud owner of a very healthy head of hair! THANK YOU BARBARA.

The owner is very friendly, and I was happy with my stylist for a good year , then her customer service just went down hill considerably. It became hard to get an appointment, and when she finally responded to give me an appointment, she on more than a few occasions, showed up late, or did not show at all. Last February was the last straw for me. She forgot two of my appointments and to this day has not answered my texts. This is not how you treat customers, especially loyal ones. I rated 3 stars because I like the owner, else I would have given a 1 star rating because of the blatant disregard of my patronage!

Seeing Barbara is always a joy. She knows me, how picky I am, and more importantly, how weird and quirky my hair is. She’s patient, a great listener, and incredible at her job – it’s obvious how much she enjoys what she does. I’ve been seeing her for about a year and a half, and I just had my first Brazilian Blowout. I’m amazed. My hair, which is really frizzy underneath and nearly impossible to control, is smooth and silky.

I highly recommend going to Tight Shoe lady! I use Barbara every time I go. Never had a negative experience and all the employees are extremely friendly. So if you are looking for a great place to get a hair cut, change your color, or even get you a pedicure. This is the place to go in Crestview. I have been to a few other shops in town but I wouldn’t go back to them.
