My husband has been dealing with some hair troubles – and thought he was going to have to shave his head after years of growing it out …. He was feeling pretty down – so I booked an appointment for him with Gabriella – he’s not one to write reviews – but I love writing them! So here it is. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSavanna did a wonderful job on my hair! So many places don’t – it’s really thick and curly, so it takes more time and product. Savanna was so patient and professional, and my hair looks fantastic! She walked me through everything before starting too – I knew what to expect with my cut and color. She is also very knowledgeable and I’m glad I took her recommendations on my highlights.Savanna did a wonderful job on my hair! Savanna did a wonderful job on my hair! So many places don’t – it’s really thick and curly, so it takes more time and product. Savanna was so patient and professional, and my hair looks fantastic! She walked me through everything before starting too – I knew what to expect with my cut and color. She is also very knowledgeable and I’m glad I took her recommendations on my highlights.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here because the reviews were pretty high stating that the stylists were professional and experienced. I have to say my experience with SAVANNA was a pleasant one, it wasn’t until after I left the salon and expressed not being happy with the color of my hair that SAVANNA turned into a very unprofessional, Rude and petty person. Mentioning things that should not have been like, she didn’t charge me for previously canceling, though the salon doesn’t do that. Or not charging me for extra product or time which that was her call, not mine. Or telling me to come back at a certain time then blaming me for her missing her dinner.It was quite late and dark when we finished my hair, it wasn’t until the following day when I was out in sunlight I realized that my hair had a green hue and four different shades of blonde. Though she told me it was going to take a few tries when I left the salon she made it seem like she accomplished her goal. I specifically told her it wasn’t what I wanted and that my color was Ash instead of silver, she told me I could come back in a few months if I wanted to lighten it more. But after I told SAVANNA I didn’t like it, she told me she will not correct it or refund any money.I spent a lot of money there, tipped her VERY well! and I would’ve been OK if she just told me to give it time and come back later but she became unprofessional rude and very petty and that’s why I’m here sharing my review.I would NOT recommend this salon! unfortunately this Salon is under someone else’s name, when I asked SAVANNA to have her call me, she replied “I am my own boss”. so, now it’s a TIGER EYES review.I came here because the reviews were pretty high stating that the stylists were professional and experienced. I came here because the reviews were pretty high stating that the stylists were professional and experienced. I have to say my experience with SAVANNA was a pleasant one, it wasn’t until after I left the salon and expressed not being happy with the color of my hair that SAVANNA turned into a very unprofessional, Rude and petty person.
