Lulu was my stylist and she did not listen to what I wanted at all. I haven’t dyed my hair for about 10 years and I asked for sparse highlights for my shoulder length thin brown hair and even showed her a picture of my previous highlighted hair. My hair ended up almost half of my head with brassy yellow highlights, not sparse like I asked for at all. I also have noticeable orange spots and large gaps from where the highlights start from my scalp. She tried to fix my hair the week after and I ended up with more chunks of orangish blonde hair and still have the noticeable spots. She told me there’s nothing else she could do for me after ruining my hair and said to wait a couple weeks for the orange to fade. It still hasn’t faded and the gaps are still there of course. Definitely not worth the $130 now that I have to get it fixed somewhere else.
