0 stars. Upon arrival I showed a picture to Tania for reference of what type of blonde and added streaks of dark color. After my hair was dried and styled, I was in shock.My hair turned out dark gray with odd blue/green tones. The top of my head is now this caramel color. It also has purple/blue from the shampoo she used. I explained that I can get written up for this by my job because such unnatural colors are not within regulations. Nor was this what I requested. They would not refund me any bit of the $180 that they charged. They offered a color strip and to redo my hair the way I wanted. I got the strip. Absolute no-go to redoing my hair. And now my hair looks like I box dyed the top of my head and the rest of it looks like I bleached my hair myself. Yellow, brassy, random white streaks. I now have to spend more money to fix this and put even more unnecessary chemicals in my hair. No apology, no pretending to care about the repercussions I could receive.
