I felt comfortable right away when I called to make the appointment.. it was a gentleman on the phone. The shop was clean and has all the right tools needed for your nail styling needs and more. Kelly was very kind and personable. She’s also a great artist!!

My absolute favorite salon. Kelly and Mimi are my girls. I come here religiously. I have been coming here since I was pregnant. And now i bring my baby and the girls also cut my babies nails! My toes always look good and last forever and my nails as well. If I ever have an issue with my nails they always fix it. And they always know exactly what I want. Additionally, the salon is extremely clean and the tools are always sterilized which I love.

It’s so nice and you’d feel right at home. They have water and fruits or candy in the waiting area and also tvs all around the room to watch. Service was really good. Employees are so niceeee. Definitely recommend coming here! Manicure

Brian did an AMAZING job on my ombre stiletto nails! He was fast but did a great quality job, making sure every nail was the same length and symmetrical on both hands. He was super friendly and funny. I would definitely recommend him for any acrylic or nail set. I was extremely impressed by the atmosphere and quality of work they did!

I came for maroon nails (basic) and left with nails to match my upcoming field. Second time coming here and it hasn’t been disappointing. (Blue nails were done by Henry).Service: Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDon’t do it. So I arrive there to get a manicure w acrylic. Very nice looking place. But the service was horrible. I had one, ONE pull nail that I noticed. The lady noticed I was looking at it and asked what was wrong. I told her “oh it’s just I have a pull nail” she said “oh, you didn’t pay for a manicure”. So basically she couldn’t take it out. Then half way into doing my nails. After she placed the uneven acrylic on. She stops and tells me to go pay them she would continue the service. Who does that? I’m not used to getting my nails done so I didn’t know what to expect. Everybody was telling me I should have left right then and there. I payed and TIPPED 7$. Walk out and notice it is a bubble mess and I also noticed she was talking about me in her language to her coworkers. Very rude and insensitive. I have a lot of anxiety but I tried to remain as still and as comfortable as I could do she could get them done. She kept man handling my hand and throwing it everywhere. I really hoped for the experience to be over soon. I debated on making a review. But it’s been a week now since I got it near Valentine’s Day and my nail already broke! I am all for helping small businesses. But I gotta say I wish nobody went to this place it made me and my nails feel and look horrible. Shame on this business!Service: ManicureDon’t do it. First time at Tiffany’s and I went there to fix a nail polish that a previous guy did “@ Queen Nails in Pearl City” it was a horrible job that he did and I needed it fixed. So I walked into Tiffany’s and was helped by a sweet girl named Ann. All I told her is what color I wanted and that I wanted glitter ….and she knew just what to do and it came out so nice!!! She was very nice and I see how polite and respectful they are to everyone that came in for service. I definitely will be back for sure!
