Asian owner lady is extremely rude and probably racist!!! My mother and I came to this location to do gel mani/pedis’ and upon entering she did not greet us and when we sat down and waited to be helped for about 10 minutes she pulled out her scheduling book and said if we had called to do our nails which I replied that I didn’t know it was by appointment but she proceeded to say that it wasn’t by appointment but that she couldn’t help us. We completely were denied service for absolutely no reason. She had 2 clients in the store and it was 1pm on a Thursday so i can’t understand as to why we couldn’t get service. Customer service is extremely important when owning a business and being polite goes a long way. Had she said she had an emergency or any other excuse I could’ve understood, but she flat out said she couldn’t help us. Hopefully she’s not discriminating because the clients inside where white and im definitely not. Terrible experience and will definitely not come here again, it not like she wants my money anyway ♀️

Very rude owner. My fiancee at the tip told them that she wanted tips for our wedding. She said no problem. She got a pedicure as well. After the pedi, she was already to get the tips and she said “No, you need to make an appointment”. My fiancee was devastated, she called the nail salon across the street and they said “Come right in!”. They did an amazing job. We tell everyone we know to stay away from that place

Racists!! I went in this morning for a gel pedicure, immediately the lady said “sorry we can’t take you” I was puzzled because the place wasn’t packed and no one was waiting. I said how long is the wait? She said I don’t know and shrugged her shoulders. I read similar reviews because I thought maybe I was being crazy for thinking it was racism..but now I know! Stay away from this place if you are a minority!

There’s a problem every time I go here. Whether I get skipped in line or there’s no one to do acrylics after I’ve been waiting 30 minutes or whether I want a spa mani but am given a lotion glove instead. I tip well, I’m polite but still the owner tells me what she’s doing instead of listening to what services I want. My pedicures last a week, my manicures last all of 3 days. This is a last minute place for when I have no time and need something done quickly.

I went in to get my eyebrows done on a busy day. I didn’t wait long which was good but there was a very vey rude woman that had an attitude the entire time. If you don’t like people, GET ANOTHER JOB! I tipped her and she did not say thank you. She attempted to ignore me when I asked the wait for eyebrows. Go down the block to other places, at least they smile and show gratitude! While I was waiting to pay, I saw the same woman take another customer. There was no hand washing in between eyebrows nor the money handling..I wish I’d know BEFORE coming in there smh. Go else where!

Went there at 6:30 (they close at 7:30) for a quick touch up during a rainstorm. Not only did they sit there watching me while I tried to open the door while being poured on, but I was finally greeted by an incredibly rude woman who slammed the door in my face. I couldn’t tell you what their services are like but if it’s anything like their customer service, it’s probably not great.

Oh please they gave themselves this 5STAR I went there to get a gel manicure and the nail colors came off completely after 2HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEN THE REST OF THE MANI WAS DONE AFTER 1EFFIN WEEK and my Pedi, they played like they’re werecleaning my nails but NOPE! I had to show the last how to do it! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO TIFFANY’S NAIL & SPA PALACE. THEY SUCK FUMES
