Went in as a walk-in/recommended by a friend. I am in LOVE! Exactly what I wanted. Laura was super sweet, comforting, and respected the references pictures I had. Horrible just went to cut my hair. Lady was in a rush and she just chopped my hair fast. She gave me bangs and they don’t blend in with my haircut, looks like I cut my own hair I don’t know what the purpose is of showing a picture of how you want your hair if they’re not gonna do it that way
