Critical: QualityFirst time at this salon- last minute decision. Their sign out front says appointment only, I call and they can take me right away. I ask for a full set. I usually go to another place regularly but I figured this was closest to my next destination. Anyway, he starts cleaning up my nails with the file, applies the acrylic on, only for me to notice a sign on wall that says they pride themselves by not using a drill. So the whole time they used a nail file and buffer for my nails. I wouldn’t have minded the set however, they charged $65 for a full set. I am shocked. I have never ever paid that much for a full set especially one where I just get a basic color. $40 max. With it being that costly, I have to say the job does not match. First time at this salon- last minute decision. Their sign out front says appointment only, I call and they can take me right away. I ask for a full set. I usually go to another place regularly but I figured this was closest to my next destination. I never post reviews but I was beyond impressed with their expansive renovations, beautiful new massage and salon chairs, and procedures to keep us all safe and comfortable. What a wonderful place!! Also best pedicure I have ever had.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was my first visit to this place. I recently moved and it’s been hard trying to find a nice, clean, quality nail salon. Upon arrival, I noticed the sign on the window “ appointment only” so I called from my car and they were able to take me with minimum wait. Inside the facility was clean and didn’t have the smell of acrylic lingering. I completed a form, sanitized my hands, and my temperature was taken as part of their covid protocol. No problem at all with that!I was escorted to my table by a gentlemen. Kim serviced me and let me tell you lol, I needed one nail repair, all of my nails needed to be cut down from coffin shaped to short and square, cuticle needed attention and the list goes on lol. Kim gave me just what I needed. She took her time. She laughed ans talked with me. She was gentle yet thorough. She asked my if I liked it after she shaped up and did the fill in. She polished my nails instead of painting like a house. Afterwards they give you a min or so neck massage with heated towels, massage your hands with warm lotion…. I really had a great experience. Although she took time on my nails she was still efficient and I wasn’t there all day! Upon leaving Kim scheduled me for my next appointment and Kim, another Tec and the gentlemen bid me farewell, saying my name. I felt welcome and definitely tended to. This was my first visit to this place. I recently moved and it’s been hard trying to find a nice, clean, quality nail salon. Upon arrival, I noticed the sign on the window “ appointment only” so I called from my car and they were able to take me with minimum wait.
