I have made the decision to use this nail salon as my primary salon. Their atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. The associates are professional and kind. They will definitely be receiving my money for their superb service. Acrylic nails

Walked in on a whim for a pedicure. Was asked to choose the type of pedicure and scents I preferred. Very pleased with tech. She took lots of time for a truly relaxing experience and beautiful job on polish. Loved the chill spa music with gorgeous travel views on the big screen TV. Reasonable prices. Will def be back. First time I went there they weren’t even open as business hours stated. They ended up arriving about 30 minutes after they were supposed to open at 10. The acrylic set I got was good and I was happy with them. The attitude of the tech is another story, I’ve had friendlier techs. I went to get a fill in,2/6, and the same tech that did my nails said I had to make an appointment when the sign states walk ins welcome. I have 3 kids and work full time, i get my nails done when I get break to leave the house. 2 stars, one for my acrylic set and the second for the design. $70 total for the acrylic gel set, not including tip.

Still have cracked feet after pedicure and my skin looks dull and dry. If you didn’t get gel Nailpolish, the owner didn’t seem to be too happy and she made me go in the middle of pedicure to pick my color at the front Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityOwner was nice enough to take a walk in for an acrylic set, 2 hours before closing. However during the service she was unkind and didn’t want to speak with me even though I was 1 of 3 people in her salon. I went to cosmetology school but I’m not super judgmental about procedure. She applied my nail tips but they were all crooked. I told her about my concern and she shut me down. The thing is when you file it to fix it, the nails become too skinny so they can’t match the others. That happened to me. My left hand is different as far as size and shape go from my right. I watched her check the nails several times and give up. She kept messing up, drilling too far and made me bleed multiple times. Not to mention I asked to keep the length and shape of the original nail tip and she charged me $30 more than the $45 price for an acrylic set. I paid $80 for uneven nails and unkind service. No I did not leave a tip. It’s a shame I was genuinely excited to try a nail salon that would feel small and more intimate.Owner was nice enough to take a walk in for an acrylic set, 2 hours before closing. Critical: Professionalism, QualityBad service!!!!I got my nails done with shellac and they only lasted 1 week. They started chiping, and when the technician painted them, she got the paint on my cuticles. When my nails starting to grow, the shellac was very rough, and would get caught on everything. I was not happy. I went to the salon and mentioned what was going on. The person there stated that she would “fix them”, but only if I never came back again. My reason for leaving a bad review is because of the service I received. I do understand that nails grow out, all I asked was for someone to look at my nails and fix the roughness from the shellac being painted on wrong. I didn’t ask for a refund, I wasn’t mean or demanding, all I wanted was to fix my nails. The person completely went off on me, calling me difficult, and acting as though it was my fault. She just stated over and over that “you only paid $28”. It doesn’t matter how much I paid, the service wasn’t professional, and the nails were done incorrectly, even when she said that is normal.I don’t want someone else just to simply be unhappy with the service, or not like their nails and the person there go off on them and tell them to never come back.Bad service!!!!I got my nails done with shellac and they only lasted 1 week. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTyler refused to help glue my injured nail, from the beginning of the appointment he never even asked me how my day was. He did an absolutely horrible job on the coffin shape and dipped my nails way too many times in the S&S, I think he needs to go back to Nails school because he clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing and I feel bad for him. Do better Tyler I can do better and I don’t even do nails If you go to the salon just don’t work with Tyler, the other two ladies were really nice!Tyler refused to help glue my injured nail, from the beginning of the appointment he never even asked me how my day was.
