Kayla provided one of the best pedis I’ve ever gotten. Massage chair, throrough exfoliation, plenty of massaging strokes, a cute paint job, and drying bar. Worth every bit of the base price of $24. I only shaved off one star because the man who greeted me was so short and almost rude.

There’s only two staff working which makes them rush on each client. The gel nail polish some how seems to lift on from the sides and i honestly thought hell it’s better but not here. They also use acrylic even when you pay the extra for gel

It’s not the Ritz Carlton, and sometimes you may have to identify your expectations but you can count on getting nails done and not turned away. Although not a special experience, What I like about Tiffany nails is that they are consistent… They know who they are, they do lots of sets of nails, they move a lot of people in and out and their goal is to do a good job and keep it moving. I don’t know if they do the greatest job pampering guests, it certainly is not posh but it is what it is and it’s consistently that way so you should know after one visit what to expect. Sometimes Manners may not be a priority, and that’s too bad, but I’ve never found them to be rude, I have seen them be focused and not overly friendly or customer driven, but again they’re consistent it’s always that way. I don’t believe anyone has ever been mean in fact I have found over three years I like everyone I’ve met there. But I do understand someone that doesn’t go there often feeling not pampered, or coddled like a spa may do. this might not be the place for you. It’s really not the place to be if you want to be a VIP. They get it done and do great work. warm and fuzzy is not something you feel here, but it is a nail painting machine. I think the prices are decent and if you go in saying what you need or want, you’ll get it. But I give them four stars because they have technicians that are so good I would really recommend i like Brian, Lexi, Tiffany and a few others are great! But they do the job, Ive always been happy with end result, and I appreciate its not the most customer service friendly place but they do great nails immediately 7 days. And that’s important to me. And I do have to admit in three years I love going there, they’ve always been nice, the prices of always been good, I’ve gotten very special treatment in private rooms when doing business and I get five stars and I would if they would take the visible customer service Etiquette up a notch. But I love the place.

My first visit to a nail salon here in T-town…I must admit..I was shocked and disappointed. I’m a stickler for professionalism, even if the product/services isn’t up to “my” par..treat me with respect and make me believe that you know, that things can be better and that you have every intention of making it so, starting right now, with me. The Nail Salon…That’s where women go, to indulge themselves, with a bit of “me time,” that consists of pampering and relaxation. That was NOT, even in the same “stratosphere”..of what I received!!!

Worst gel manicure ever. The woman there did a great pedicure but the guy didn’t do a base coat with my gel manicure. Everyday different nails peeled off as a whole, as if they were press on nails or something, while doing normal daily tasks. I did not pick at them at all. I go back twice, and they just keep layering on polish instead of redoing the whole set with a base coat. After two time of going back he refused to give me a refund and said MY HANDS were the problem. I’ve gotten many gel manicures before but this was the first time from this place and I will never go back. Gel manicures are supposed to be so sturdy that you have to soap the polish off, I literally just peeled of this whole manicure with ease except for the two nails I insisted she repair with a base coat.

DON’T waste your money ladies. They’re horrible! My nail bed was extremely fat, the acrylic wasn’t laid flat. The shape and sizes were different. I told them and they caught an attitude and got nasty with me. The SAME day, my nail broke! I called them and they hung up in my face twice. The nail salon in the mall is a MILLION times better!

Don’t waste your money here, I went and the man that was in there had a nasty attitude, and when he started on my nails he didn’t clean them at all he just clipped them and put some nails on them . And my nails have little circles in them that look like bubbles but other than that the lady who did my toes was nice and my toes look very cute.
