My mom and I came to this place as walk-ins and had very different experiences. While my pedicure was fine, my mom was not. The guy who did her pedicure wouldn’t listen to her. He filed one of her toes nails to the point that it was uneven and so short that it made the skin raw. She had to tell him to correct the one side and he didn’t listen. She had to make him stop and move on, then he kept pulling her leg out for the message part and over extending her knee. My mom was in such pain that she had to have him stop all together. Our pedicures look very different. My toes are cleaned and trimmed up, but hers are messy, uneven and jagged. Inconsistent among technicians.

Just started going here. I have recently moved and needed a new spot to get my nails done. I tried SO many, 90% of them were AWFUL. This is now my 3rd time getting a fill and a pedicure here. Tiffany does such a great job on my nails. For the pedicure I requested Hannah. She gives a great massage and is just a really nice person. I like Tiffany nails because is relaxing and quiet. Very glad to have found them!

My Original review was taken down. I go here from time to time to get cluster eyelashes done and I’ve never had much to complain about until yesterday… I made my appointment for 12:30 (only for lashes), everything was going smoothly until my second eye (my left one). Normally Tiffany (the owner/manager) waits and hold the eyelid up so they don’t stick (mind you i was holding my other one myself so it wouldn’t stick), but since she convinced me into doing my eyebrows too I’m guessing she was in a rush. There was some wax in my hair from her doing my eyebrows. My eyelashes were stuck after she waxed my eyebrows. At this point I can’t open my eyes and this part has happened before (BUT NEVER THIS BAD) and I was able to separate it on my own. This time I was told to close my eye and she proceeded to cut the lashes that were stuck. Without asking, this has NEVER happened before. I paid and go outside to see she cut my bottom natural lashes, I went back inside to get a “sorry”. I’m not controversial at all, but even store credit or some money back would’ve been nice. Anyways hopefully this saves anyone money and trauma! Down below is my left eye first and then my right. Update from the next morning … some of them fell off and I had some pieces of hair stuck in my eye from where she cut them (you can see some of it in my inner corners) She kept saying She had to do it or I couldn’t open my eyes, but it could’ve been easily avoided & I’ve never had someone do something like this before without ASKING or taking the right procedures. Update most of the lashes came out & I called up there. THIS TIME SHE TOLD ME SHE COULD’VE TAKEN THEM OFF INSTEAD OF CUTTING THEM!! She said “you didn’t want that did you?!?” Uh yeah I did! My only options for her to “make it right” is to come up there, take the lashes off & refund me, BUT I have to take this review down. She said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about with the bottoms lashes because they’re still there, but they’re so short I can’t even add mascara to them, they are STUBS!!!! I’m not driving the 30 minutes there and back just to put that money in my tank. Deka lash is the way to go and you save yourself the attitude for not wanting to accept your mistakes.

I went in to have a full set done and I was originally supposed to have had Hannah then when I showed her the picture of what I wanted I was then told to go to Tiffany. All she did was fill in my acrylic and paint over it with gel polish and it cost me $70! Gel manicures, Acrylic nails

I’ve been a customer at Tiffany Nails for more than five years now. Tiffany does an excellent job on my nails and Hannah, Khimy, and Meredith provide the best pedicures. Additionally, the customer service is the best in the Triad. They go above and beyond to be personable and make all of their customers feel special.

I was a regular customer here until the owner wanted to do my nails and I missed my appointment she called me upset. So I went back to get my eyebrows waxed today she charged me $25 for wax and tint and I left looking like a clown. I had to call another mail salon to do my nails. She heard me on the phone with another nail salon not did she offer to fix my eyebrows one time. I will never come back to this salon never again. My experience was very unprofessional all because I missed a nail appointment she got mad and stop doing my eyebrows. I will not be back

It’s pure comedy but actually quite tacky to see a business owner argue with their customers on a review. I wouldn’t expect any less though. I was a loyal customer here time and time again. Prices changed every single time. Nails broke within a week and a half. Also developed an infection in my toe due to Tiffany trying to remove an ingrown that led to it bleeding everywhere. I’ve never been back. Money and greed will make you do some strange things.
