After going regularly for 6 months (once a month), I can say with certainty, I’ve had more help here than I’ve had at any other therapist or chiropractor. Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and it shows in the change I’ve felt. Tiffany provides excellent massages and takes time to work on muscles that need repair. Furthermore she is knowledgeable and forthcoming about follow up actions that can improve the longevity of the massage results, including stretches and drinking water. She has done work on my legs when I had shin splints, as well as provided relief when I was pregnant with my second child. I send my husband to her when his back gets tight and knotted. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Tiffany gives great massages for old and stiff muscles and joints. I got a 90 minute massage. I don’t know how she could keep massaging for so long. I do plan to return.

Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the body mechanics that could alleviate the pain I was feeling by engaging all areas related to the issue, rather than just the “hotspot”.
