Craniosacral Therapy 1 hour A restorative therapy that unwinds the body at the deepest level. Utilizing osteopathic and biodynamic principles, this subtle modality allows the system to self-assess and unwind patterns from their roots. Craniosacral therapy is useful during a healing crises and when the system is too overwhelmed to take in any further input. Highly beneficial for PTSD, surgical recovery, anesthesia detox, fear, shock, trauma and finding one’s way back into their body. The craniosacral therapy I practice is non-manipulative meaning I am not suggesting to the system what it should be doing but rather I allow it to self-assess and self-correct. The system responds with its own wisdom of how to best go about releasing undigested life experiences.	$75.00
Reflexology 1 hour Reflexology on the feet is an ancient method of maintaining wellness and free flow of energy through the body. Direct, specific pressure is applied to all areas of the feet that correlate to organs and regions of the body. In an hour treatment there is time to focus on feet and add in a neck massage if so desired.	$75.00
Craniosacral/Reflexology Combo 1.5 hours A ninety minute trip to heaven. The session begins with Reflexology for half an hour on the feet followed by an hour of craniosacral therapy. I created this treatment for a client of mine and now I get requests for it. Please read the craniosacral therapy description if you need further information regarding its therapeutic value.	$105.00
