Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOMGOSH! I cannot recommend Tiffany Hair Salon and Aberlain (Abbie) enough! I absolutely *love* my color and cut. Abbie and Brent took time to text me prior to my appointment to get my thoughts, pictures and wishes for the end result of my hair. I’ve wanted to start transitioning to my natural color, with gray, but better. I also wanted to have an updated style as I’ve been growing out my hair from a not-so-great cut. My hair color will take a few sittings to get exactly what I want, but DANG! I love it now! Even with my Covid 40 pounds I put on, I feel beautiful. Before any color or cutting was started, Abbie really clarified my vision. I am a self-confessed hair ho and have spent tons of money on my hair. OMGOSH! I cannot recommend Tiffany Hair Salon and Aberlain (Abbie) enough! I absolutely *love* my color and cut. Abbie and Brent took time to text me prior to my appointment to get my thoughts, pictures and wishes for the end result of my hair. I can not give enough praise to Adriana at Tiffany hair Salon. I contacted them to get a color correction after my hair was poorly colored a few weeks prior by a different company. I was so nervous about getting my hair done again by someone new, risking it not getting fixed or even coming out worse. Well I will tell you, i have been getting my hair colored for 25 yrs and this is honestly the only time I can ever remember loving my hair so much!!! Even days later I look at it and still think wow look at my hair! Adriana is magician with hair. I will never go anywhere else as long as I have a choice. And it wasn’t just my hair artist, though she is amazing, that made the experience great. Everything from the first message, to scheduling, getting a consult and getting to my appointment everyone was nothing but nice and comforting. I would give this place more stars if I could. Thank you everyone at Tiffany’s!

But Tig and Ciara made the whole experience exactly what I needed and wanted. They made sure in advance that they knew exactly what I wanted by texting different pictures and examples of pink hair. Ciara listened to my concerns and explained every step of the process to make sure I felt completely comfortable with everything! It turned out GORGEOUS and exactly what I envisioned. Maybe it’s because I unintentionally booked with a “guest” hairstylist at this salon, but my experience was pretty awful. I have highlighted dirty blonde shoulder-length hair and just moved to Aurora from Denver. I saw this place was highly rated, so I came in to get my highlights refreshed with a little more of a “rooty” look.

If I could give no stars I would. My wife had an appointment with this salon, unfortunately I got injured at work and she had to come get me because I couldn’t walk. Because of that, she was 10 minutes late for her consultation and appointment the lady refused to see my wife even though my wife couldn’t help that she was 10 minutes late. She couldn’t even come down to the lobby and say this to my wife’s face. It’s really upsetting to me because my wife has been looking forward to this appointment for 6 months! So you mean to tell me after scheduling a consultation and 2 hour appointment you couldn’t see my wife. No sympathy. My wife came home crying because she really needed this and she just wanted to feel beautiful again.

Tiffany did a really great work with my hair!!! it turned out exactly the color I wanted!! she listens and understands you and tries to do exactly what you want. Her salon smells so good and she uses and really good smelling products, she always makes sure everything is clean and neat ! she is a pro! I really recommend her.
