Fantastic talent! I fly from ARIZONA to get my hair cut HERE. Michelle is fantastic and I am picky. I’m so glad I found this place. My hair is long and dry. She cuts it to where it will look good grown out, even if I don’t see her for 6 months. She is honest about when something will not look good on a person’s face or hair and has the experience to prove that she is right. She knows what she is doing and I always leave feeling posh.

I went in to based on the good reviews get my roots done, agreed to roots and lowlights to give my hair dimension. The stylist COMPLETELY CHANGED my entire hair color WITHOUT consulting me!!! Then she had the nerve to admit she did it because she didn’t like my hair color . One week and 10 washes later I look like a calico cat.

Im usually very hesitant about getting haircuts, personally ive had so many experiences with bad haircuts. This place however literally made me walk out with a giant smile. Absolutely love my hair and how friendly she was towards myself and my girlfriend. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

It’s sad when you try to schedule an appointment with someone you figure is a professional but she treats you like you’re not going to show up for your appointment because you want a lot done to your hair in a short amount of time and your a new customer. She flat out told me “You know, I have people like you new clients who call and schedule an appointment on Saturdays and their requesting it right away and they don’t show up, so let me check my schedule and see where we can fit you in” she automatically assumed I didn’t want to break up my appointments because I was hoping to get all over color and balayage done at the same time (something other hair stylists have done for me in the past) she just assumed I wouldn’t break it up into different days for the process when I told her I wouldn’t mind doing it that way. She was kind of rude but tying to play it off that she wasn’t being rude. Once she realized that I was ok with doing just all over color, prior to setting up our appointment she asked what time I wanted to come in, I told her 1230 and she was fine with it, then when all the other stuff happened and I agreed to do the all over color one day and balayage the next she asked what time would I like to do the all over color? In the morning? In the evening? I was like, “does 12:30 still work?” She proceeded to laugh for some reason and said ok ok yah you know let me call my other client she’s my neighbor I’ll see if I can schedule her or do something time I’ll have to give you a call back, we’ll see how it works with my schedule.” And I said you know what, I’m gonna go else where thank you bye, click. Uhm I’m just gonna say one thing, if you ever assume things off the bat with your clientele, you’re not going to have a good relationship with them or make a good sale like she could of had. Don’t be rude to your customers, just explain things thoroughly and don’t be condescending, it’s flat out rude and if you don’t want to work with me don’t dance around the issue. Simple as that.
