This was my first time. I had tried other salons in OC and the area. I really love Tiffani’s. It was a quiet, clean, fresh smelling and comfortable environment. I had called for an appointment and was greeted by name in a friendly, welcoming manner. My tech was John. He brought me to his space and brought the color choices to me and helped me select a color that matched my described interested. I did not feel rushed to select a color to hurry and get started. I liked John’s skills and I’m looking forward to enjoying this reasonably priced manicure for the next month. And I will schedule my visits whenever I am in town. Thank you for great service!!

I’ve been here several times before but the quality of work has gone down. I made an appointment today for a full set of gel and a pedicure. At the end of my pedicure they argued with me that I did not mention that I need a full set of gel and said there was no one available. As I was waiting for my pedicure to dry I heard another women inquiring about the up-charge for sanitizing their tools. Really??? Shouldn’t that just be a given? I think the board of health would agree.

I don’t normally go here but my wonderful lady who takes care of me retired and worked at another local salon. I was looking for someone new. I did not find it here. The pedicure lasted 20 minutes including painting my toes. He massaged the top of my ankle for two minutes. Never my actual feet. The stone massage lasted 10 seconds. For $32.00, I expected much more. And he stood around me to wait for a tip. Never again. Go elsewhere. The technicians did not seem happy either. Bad salon all around.

Asked for gel French for mani and pedi. I had two different people which is okay of course but both my mani and pedi came out horribly. The French mani lines weren’t even all the way across the tip of my nails and the pedi was completely sloppy. That was a total waist of 85 bucks. Definitely would not recommend going there. Critical: QualityLeft the nail salon with a gel manicure…one nail was crooked but it didn’t bother me enough to walk back in when I noticed so not big deal. Then not even 12 hours later one nail chipped and 2 nails cracked. Very poor quality done. Not going back again.

Got my nail and a pedicure done today October 26 2017. They cut my foot and it looks like a five year old did my nails. It cost 57 dollars and not worth a penny. I usually go to a great place but have to travel to go there. I tried a place closer to home. I will never use them again completely disappointed!!!!
