From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and not any other way. I was greeted and seated very quickly. Everyone was so polite I felt like I’d been going there for years. I’m big on customer service and feeling welcomed. She took her time doing my nails and they turned out beautifully . This was my first time here and I showed a picture of the nail designs I wanted to try. Plus I also got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish. Both ladies were very sweet. I have been in the area for about 8 months, moving here from Humble/Atascocita area. I had 2 dedicated nail techs out there, but I hated to drive the 40 minutes out there plus service time. So I decided that I would like to find and support the local nail shop within my area. So far this is like my 3rd or 4th time going in total. Even with trying another nail shops in between for cheaper prices, because I must say the prices are a little steeper than what I was use too. But overall, you can not bear the quality and time that that out into your services. This is now my new shop, and at this moment I don’t have a preference in who does my services because they are all good techs. Very welcoming, inviting, excellent customer people and communication skills. You will not be disappointed with your services here and to top it off they are very similar to one of previous nail shops which is Bella Nails in Humble/Atascocita area.
