Ms.Crystal did an amazing job!!! This was my first time ever getting waxing and it was a great experience. It was not as painful as I thought it would be.Crystal was extremely nice and she made me feel very comfortable! I also did the eyebrow tinting and waxing & I’ve received many compliments about my eyebrows!! Also, her office has a very calming atmosphere! Crystal is amazing! Clean, comfortable, and welcoming studio! I felt so at ease getting my Brazilian wax with her! Crystal is super friendly and gives great tips about waxing after care! I got my first Brazilian here and the experience was amazing. I was talked through each step and given amazing tips about aftercare and what to experience as I continue getting waxed. Also got some amazing products for exfoliating and possible ingrowns during aftercare. Also got my eyebrows tinted and waxed afterwards and loved them. The hydrojelly mask after the Brazilian was amazing.

I had my first experience with Crystal. I was a little nervous because I was getting the works done for my upcoming birthday trip. The first time I ever had my brows tinted along with a brow wax,. She was extremely patient with me because I didn’t want them too dark (I’m blonde) or too noticeable, just a subtle change and they look amazing! I also had a lash lift and tint on my little sparse eyelashes and it was just the pop of color I needed! I also had my underarms and lower legs waxed. I was supposed to get the full legs done but she suggested that I really didn’t need it so I appreciated her advice (and saved me money). Finally the Brazilian… I’m not sure what wax she uses but it was totally painless, she walked me through each step as she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable. Crystal is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I’m definitely going to continue to use her services. Looking forward to turning 65 hairless and getting ready for some sunshine! I have been so nervous to find a good waxer here in Statesboro, I’ve heard of so many awful experiences but after reading crystals other reviews and seeing her before and after pictures on Instagram I knew I wanted to try her and I was not disappointed! She did better than I’ve ever had, so clean and precise, such a great environment, all around I felt so comfortable. We talked the whole time and she always checked in on me for wax temp and comfort. She’s amazing, I booked my next appointment before leaving!
