We loved this place and we were so excited to get my son’s haircut after his hair finally grew back enough after chemo. I let my son choose how he wanted his hair. He said he wanted just a trim around his ears and the back, not too short and dont cut the back too short because he didn’t want his scar from his brain surgery showing. Instead of just a trim, my son ended up with a super short haircut that we absolutely hate. His hair was long and super curly now it is super short and his scar is now exposed. He absolutely hates it and says it is hideous. I know it is hair and it will grow but that isn’t the point. If I am paying for a service I should get what I ask for not the exact opposite and have what someone wants to do done. I paid and left upset because he now has zero curls and his haircut is too short compared to what we wanted. Overall, the owner is nice but didn’t listen to what we wanted

We went in for my son’s first haircut, they were so nice and comforted us both during the whole process. They put on his favorite shows and kept giving him new toys to keep his attention. He looks so cute now! Thank you!

Cons: We asked for the same haircut, she insisted in something else, 3x, then accepted we did not change our mind but with an atitude. We wanted to keep long, but somehow she kept it long but with very short layers in the top of hair.All we asked short was the bangs so it would not be over his eyes which only after we mentioned a third time, after she asked what else could be done, she fixed it, not even straight. He looks like Julie Andrews in Sound of music now with the short layers and overall shape. When she started we saw the mistake and looked at each other but was too late, she started at the very top and by then there was nothing to be done, it was cut so we let her finish. The haircut once finished was longer in one ear than the other which we asked her to fix after she walked away. At home we found more issues with the cut. She did not seem to have been trained well. Wonder were she was trained. Usually when cutting longer hair cuts you can tell if a person knows how to cut well, and I would not go back.
