I have been going to Tic Tac Toe Hair Lounge for two years now and my experience has been wonderful! Lanira (owner) does a great job! I had struggled with fine, thin hair for a while, but her strong skills with hair types and textures have enabled her to give me stronger and healthier hair. She is a very warm and friendly person and I always look forward to my next visit. Thank you for the wonderful work you do! Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Tic Tac Toe and it won’t be my last. I had an appointment with Lanira and she discussed what I wanted and then she made my vision come true. She was professional, very skilled and very friendly. She asked questions throughout the cut to ensure I liked the length. I am very happy with my haircut. Also provided the guard numbers she used in the top, sides and back! Love it!

I was heading to Mexico and decided last minute to get my hair braided. I was told by the owner they could fit me in on a Saturday so I was ecstatic. I told then what I wanted and bought my hair. Sydney did a phenomenal job of braiding and then I ask how much. She tells me $400. I literally have 40 braids in my hair, mid back and it took her less than 4 hours total time. I was shocked and upset!! Paid $350. Told the owner about it and no response. DO NOT go here for braids unless you want to waste your money. This same job anywhere else in Dallas would be $250. I braid hair so believe me don’t do it! I am not a fan of businesses who gouge people and will report this to BBB.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI needed a Mommy makeover and I needed it right away.Not only did Lanira fit me into her schedule she and her staff went out of her way to get me exactly what I asked for. Everyone was super friendly, and made my experience very relaxing and fun. I thought my hair was damaged beyond repair, but I tell you she performed a miracle. I am so happy that I found someone that knows exactly how to tame this hair of mine. She was very professional and so was her staff, I even sipped on a pineapple margarita while getting my mommy makeover. I recommend this salon 100% looking forward to my visit in 2 weeks. First visit! Appointments are few which is a great sign! Lanira called me to let me know something became available and I was excited and nervous at the same time. Simone did my braids….OMG!!! She exceeded my expectations!!!! The care she took and the creativity she has to camouflage my troubled areas is above average! The staff was friendly and professional!! Will definitely be back!!
