I’ve been going here for two years and now they have nearly all new people. The new people absolutely DO NOT care about their work. I went to get my nails done the same way I’ve always got them done down to a T. I was charged more than ever and the person did it all in 30 mins, I didn’t even get to have my nails for an hour before one broke off and took my entire real nail with it. When I called to let them know a man answered and said if I come back they’ll fix the one nail free of charge. HOW DO THEY FIX IT IF MY NAIL IS GONE TOO?!? I will NEVER be returning here after two years they have gotten so much worse. Don’t recommend at all. No refund or anything just a quick half a** jab and a real nail ripped off.

I went and go a pedicure and a simple manicure this past weekend and watched the lady use the same file and all on my hands that she had used on my feet and now I have an infection in my finger. Never again, this place has went downhill.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityProbably the worst experience i’ve ever had was here. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and they waxed them so extremely tiny it upset me bc i had drawn out what i wanted and they didnt listen. color came out fine but she went BACK AND WAXXED MY EYEBROWS AGAIN and i bled because she ripped my skin off. Horrible service and the did not do what I wanted done to my nails. For nail art they wanted to do sticker decals. I could of done that at home

Don’t get your nails done here. They do a poor job and don’t care about the quality they give. When you have to super glue your nails from lifting after less than a week after paying $50 for a new set, that is a horrible job. DON’T GO HERE!!!!

i think my nails lady was new because my nails are terrible. my nails are not smooth. my thumb nail has an dip in it. there are scratches all over my nails. i don’t like to complain but these are the worst nails i’ve ever gotten. i normally love this place but i think my nail lady was new or did pedicures not nails.
